
Susan Linke MBA MS RDN LD CLT CGP has practiced in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 2005 with a focus on chronic inflammatory conditions as well as gastrointestinal conditions such as IBS, SIBO, and IBD. She is the owner of Food Sensitivity Specialists LLC and practices as an integrative and functional dietitian, helping patients develop customized solutions that empower them to take control of their health challenges. She earned a Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University and has completed the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) certification with the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. She is also a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT) with a specialty in food sensitivities and chronic inflammatory conditions and a Certified Gluten Practitioner.
In addition to seeing patients in her own practice, she serves as an advisory board member of the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy and Oxford Biomedical Technologies Inc. Over the last 17 years, she has mentored thousands of dietitians through the Nutrition Entrepreneurs dietetic practice group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as Oxford Biomedical Technologies.
Using her knowledge and experience with supplements and herbs, she edited the Herbal and Dietary Supplements section of the Texas Association of Nutrition and Dietetics 2013 Medical Nutrition Therapy Manual. She has been quoted in multiple publications such as Today’s Dietitian, Epicurious, SCORE, Smart Briefs for Nutritionists and others.
Leadership roles include multiple terms on the Executive Boards of the Dallas Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Dietitians in Functional and Integrative Medicine.
